How do I view my sales and withdraw earnings?

Viewing your account balance

You can login to your account and view your transactions. Your transactions page will show pending, complete, and refunded transactions. It also includes your pending and available balance.

Pending and Available Balance

Your artist balance consists of two totals. Your pending balance and your available balance. Your pending balance includes all transactions that are less than 30 days old. Once a transaction has reached 30 days it is added to your available balance and can be withdrawn to your PayPal account.

Transactions are pending for 30 days to allow our production team time to print and ship the order. It also allows our support team to tend to any issues that may arise including order modifications, cancellations / refunds, or other issues that may arise with delivery or production.

Available Balance Withdrawals

Transfers of 50 USD and over can be requested directly through the site. We collect all transfer details each time a new request is made to make sure we have your current information.

Early Withdrawals

If you currently have a cleared balance under 50 USD and no pending transactions you can contact support to request an early transfer. To speed up verification please ensure you are emailing from the address associated with your INPRNT account and include the PayPal email address you'd like to the transfer sent to. Please note there may be limits to the number of early withdrawal requests that can be placed per year.

PayPal 

To request a PayPal transfer, you will need to provide the email address associated with your PayPal account. Please ensure that your PayPal account is able to receive funds and is not on a restricted country list.
How long does it take to receive my funds?
Transfers usually arrive to your PayPal account within 15 to 30 business days. Once a transfer is requested it is put into a queue and the rest of the process is automated.
My transfer hasn't arrived and it's been more than the normal transfer window.
Typically transfers will complete within 15 business days to 30 business days after being requested. Unless there is a known issue with your PayPal account being able to receive transfers, or you have issued your transfer to an incorrect PayPal email address, there should be not be an issue with your transfer and it is on it's way. At this time our support team is generally unable to bump transfers in front of others in the queue. If you feel there may be an issue with your transfer and the transfer window has completed, please reach out to our support team and they will be happy to assist you!
Use your available balance for purchases
Prefer to pick up some of your own prints or support your friends? There's also the option of using your balance to place an order with us, available at checkout. If you'd like to set up a transfer for an existing account balance, please contact support for assistance and we will be happy to help! Your available balance can be used on-site at any time, there are no minimum requirements.
Updating your PayPal email address

When requesting a transfer you can also update your PayPal email address the transfer will be sent to. Please follow the links and instructions on the transfer request page.
